Was one of the best customer experiences I had in the awhile. I came here and thought I had a voucher, but I was for another place and the staff was very accommodating. They were patient with me when I navigated the menu for a milk-free option and proposed a smoothie that was amazing! Will definitely return to this place for a future smoothie. View all feedback.

I normally do not write bad reviews because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. However, I had such an uncomfortable experience the other day at this location. The manager was being unnecessarily rude to everyone around her. She had a horrible attitude as well. I was so excited to come in on national smoothie day and I left feeling the opposite. Everyone else was super nice to me except for her. Anyone wanting to come to this location I recommend getting helped by a different employee.
All the girls besides I think the manager, makes my smoothie the way I like it. Sometimes i go in and the manager is nice and others she seems like she had a bad day. What 's crazy is I asked for less than half peanut butter, that I like it plain as a joke so she could understand how less I am talking about and she tells me I need to ask for a quarter amount of peanut butter and laughs... When everyone else makes it correctly when I come in. When she makes it I 'm already expecting it to be wrong. She gave me a test cup to see if i liked it and i thought that was thoughtful at first, and i said maybe less peanut butter and she didnt offer to remake it. Counter-productive. And I think next time I 'm gonna ask for a different employee to assist me. There 's nothing funny about messing up someones food or drink when theyre a paying customer i 'm always nice. Telling someone how they 're suppose to have their smoothie not knowing their diet restrictions is crazy to me. I usually always tip on to go too so it 's even more frustrating. Maybe she can benefit from learning from her peers. ? I gave 3 stars because literally every single employee minus her, does it perfectly.
Excellent smoothies; nutritious, delicious and lots of choices. The Chocolate Elvis is my favorite. Cocoa, peanut butter, bananas, frozen yogurt, nonfat milk, and energy blast. Vinnie Del Rocco is another favorite with raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, orange sherbet
I always come here and they have always provided good customer service to me. But today I walked in and one of the girls decided to come to work in a bad mood. She asked me if I was ready and I said no. I received a phone call and in the middle of the call she interrupted me twice rushing me to order and giving me attitude. There was no customers there but me so I felt very annoyed cause they were not busy and I still didn’t know what to order. I’m coming back cause I love this spot, but I hope she doesn’t make u guys lose customers w her $hitty vibe…
Me and my bf came here to try out their smoothies for the first time and the women working behind the counter kept laughing at us for some reason and making it obvious they were whispering about us, they had an attitude problem and act as if they're in a highschoolers locker room instead of a job. They definitely soured our experience of this place. Hire better people.
