Pizza Hut - Orlando

Pizza hat went down, there was a great deal. Eating was good, a lot of help, but no one tries to make it better. no green olives, no jalapenos, no bud light, but have buds light signs to everywhere. only sad.

Ordered 6 pizzas for 1030am. Front door was locked until I called at 1040am and guy said come on in. I told him door was locked. He comes out a side door and acts like I should have known that I should use the side door instead of the front door. Guy had no paper plates just handed me a hand full of napkins. Did not offer anything else. Pizza was normal.

Dining room is closed as of 2/27/2022. Pickup only. It’s been marked closed as well in google listing. Please plan accordingly. Staff is amazing, efficient and friendly. Pizza was fresh and hot.

I am not reviewing the pizza or the wings that i ordered, i am reviewing how professional is the team. in a simple words, i ordered my order for carryout, i arrived on time of pick up reported in the application that i was in front of the store, the application has a status that the order was ready, i waited for 15 minutes in my car until i received a call from the store that i have to go in to pick up the order and they are not willing to come out and handed it to me because of an incident happened last week with another customer, so i wasted 15 minutes of my day was late for picking up my kids

My order was delivered much quicker than expected. It was hot and everything tasted good.
