What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Pays 3.39 for a well drink and was hit with an unjustly rude attitude, and all I wanted was my cup. Dealing with 3 orders can be stressful, but it takes 2 short seconds while waiting for others to cook. In the meantime, the team leader is in front of the register. Absolutely not back to Panera. I'm sorry... We used the self-psy screens n was very disappointed. It said some articles are not available, no printed receipt, fetch user here, and when we went towards register we saw Brownies we could not order. Thanks the staff was super nice and corrected our order. Definitely appreciate the human interaction! View all feedback.
