What Kern Sankar doesn't like about Palacio Chino:
A friend recommended this place for a fusion . Asian/Puerto Rico mix. In my opinion the effort was just that. An effort. Everything we had was overcooked, I'll have to return to review this at a later date. Get the Crab Rangoon. It was bussing. If you're not picky, it could work but there are too many options nearby to settle . Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner View all feedback.
Everything about this place screams unprofessional behavior. At the start when me and my family were ordering the cashier had an attitude the whole time. Following this everything was fine until the food got to us which she brought, then i politely ask for more salt and then she gets it out and waves it behind the counter and says “ here’s your salt come get it” . Previously before all this she said she was going to pick up our food after we finish eating but once I got out my daughters were waiting inside because my husband went to get the car since it was raining, as I said I was outside and she waited for me to leave the facility to tell my daughters to pick up their trash which she said she was going to do . The unprofessionalism from her as a whole give this place a bad reputation and makes the business look bad. Not to mention that their bathrooms were horrendous and smell putrid.

Great Spanish Chinese food is remember back home in PR.
It is difficult to compare the Chinese from Puerto Rico with those from here because they are truly incomparable, those from PR are the best. What I can say is that the flavor of the Pepper Steak here was delicious, the fried rice was good and we liked the Egg Roll. Of course, the tostones DO NOT have garlic (I suggest they create an oil with garlic to accompany it). The place is not fancy at all, but it was clean and they were very fast and friendly. We will return for lunch in the future. Kid-friendliness: Good for family. Wheelchair accessibility: Full wheelchair access in parking, entrance and bathrooms.
