I have never eaten food and immediately become sick to my stomach. It was clear that the oil used for frying had been reused multiple times, as there was an unpleasant aftertaste of old grease. This not only affected the flavor but also made the fries feel heavy and greasy. Overall, my experience with the conch and fries was quite disappointing. The lack of attention to detail in both cooking and seasoning was noticeable and left a lot to be desired. It’s unfortunate, as these dishes could have been so much better with some improvements. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback to heart and works on enhancing the quality of their food.
