0 in customer service.. I bought online by mistake at lakeunder hil, I called them several times to cancel and they didn't respond. 2 hours later they called asking if I would pick up the order, I told them that I would like a refund that was purchased by mistake at that location. Which tells me that they will not wait when I want to withdraw the order. 0 resolution.
The best friendly and yammy Cafe in Waterford Lakes. The breakfasts and pastries are perfectly made and very fresh. You should Try them with a side a their true Colombian coffee.
Service is prompt and with a smile. The food is delicious and fresh. The coffee is the best, better than Starbucks any day. You will not know until you try it!
This place has a great atmosphere to be in. It has a delicious array of pastries and coffee. Great place to eat breakfast in the morning at. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place!
I live in Nebraska and whenever I?m home I have to visit Mecatos Cafe. Today was like always, however this was my first visit to their new location. This new location is beautiful, upbeat atmosphere, employees friendly and dining area was very clean . The service was excellent, Amanda was very attentive and assisted me in making selections. While I waited I was made aware that an ingredient in one of my selections would be different than normal. I appreciate their kindness and attention to the customers needs. Food is always delicious and fresh.
