3 Star Update: The restaurant has undergone a change in ownership and the recipes or sourcing of ingredients has also changed. Unfortunately, I am disappointed that this is no longer my favorite place for pho. That's just my personal opinion. What User likes about Lac Viet Bistro (lac Viet Bistro):
