The staff is usually pleasant and friendly. The food is served fresh and tasty, especially cookies. My biggest complaint is this site tends to close EARLY on several occasions! I'm going to this restaurant because I know that the food is ready to my taste and not as if it sits under a heat lamp for hours. But driving so far for me, just to find out that this story is closed 30 minutes or more earlier is frustrating and irritating! If the memory is closed earlier than the time listed on websites, then a character outside the memory and a message of early closing in the automated voicemail should be required.
Very clean, decent food, very friendly staff!
