Kfc - Orlando

The service was fast, but the dach looked dirty and could do with a good cleanliness.

So I understand that people feel underpaid and at work I am 23 so that I feel that, but they are not forced to work here. these workers make it harder for themselves, they took up to 10 minutes per job with a full staff of people. constantly on the phones and talk to each other they complain about not making a livable reward but do not want to work maybe if they do their job, they would continue to live in or that goes for all here manager on their phone laughing on cat memes waiting 1.5 hours for my eating and there were maybe 20 commands before me

-1 disgusting, screaming Manager , people walking out staff speak to you like your poop food dreadful dry and funny brown colour

The worst KFC I have ever visited. They were getting everyone’s orders wrong and kicking off when this was pointed out to them. They got our order wrong, which we realised when we unpacked our order at our table. I took our receipt and went up to the desk to inform them of this and to ask for our THREE missing sides and she asked me to pack everything up and bring it back over! I did this (reluctantly) and she argued one of the three missing sides (was on the menu advertised) and slammed the other two down on top of our pile of food. Will never go back and have complained to head office. Absolute joke of a service. Shame as the food was so good actually. Only rating one star as you can’t rate them a zero.

I ordered 3 mac n cheese bowls and she read back 3. Even got 3 cups. When the food came out I only had 2. I asked for my third one and she claimed I never paid for 3. So I tried to hand her my card and said I'd pay and she told me no.
