Menu

This restaurant offers a diverse menu of sushi, yet recent experiences reveal inconsistencies. While the unique bento box concept garners interest, cooked sushi options are notably limited, disappointing some patrons. Customer service and allergen awareness pose challenges, with reports of unresponsive staff regarding dietary concerns. However, many rave about their bubble tea, particularly enjoying the rich flavors and perfect tapioca texture. Overall, while the sushi impresses some with its freshness and variety, others find the experience marred by service issues. Still, the establishment remains a fun option for those nearby, with hopes for improvement.

This is the best bubble tea spot in the city. They have the perfect ratio of tea, milk, and sweetness. The tapioca pearls are always cooked to the perfect texture, which I have not found at any other shops I've tried. This is my go-to place for bubble tea. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Japango:
I was excited to try the sushi at this restaurant, but unfortunately they only offer sushi rolls in a bento box with raw fish. Since I am currently pregnant and unable to eat raw fish, I asked if there were any cooked options available. The server informed me that my only option was to order a vegan box, which only included a vegan roll. I was disappointed that the restaurant did not offer a variety of cooked sushi o... I had never tried boba tea or anything like it before, but I was able to sample this place thanks to a free treat from my employer. I opted for the Almond Joy Milk Tea with almond milk instead of regular milk, and it was absolutely delicious! The service was quick and I would definitely recommend this place.
Do not miss out on trying the Taro Milk Tea and Pistachio Macarons at this restaurant. Coffee lovers will enjoy the Dirty Taro drink.
My first visit to this restaurant was fantastic, but my recent experience was disappointing. I went to pick up sushi for someone else and specifically requested that it be made without dairy due to an allergy. However, it appeared that the sushi had been made with cream cheese and then scraped off. I tried to contact the restaurant multiple times to address the issue, but did not receive a response. I simply wanted to inform them that even if allergens are removed from a dish, it is still unsafe for consumption by someone with an allergy.
Sushi was really good, would like to come back to try different rolls. I also got the macaroons which tasted yummy. Small location but really good food. Will definitely return.
Used to love this place but unfortunately the quality has gone way down. The service was also terrible during my last visit! Hopefully it goes back up because it's such a unique concept. Something fun to try if you're close by but wouldn't go out of my way for it.
