I checked Hanamizuki and it was amazing! The sushi was so fresh and it was just as delicious as I had in Japan. The food in this restaurant is authentic. In fact, we loved it so much that we went twice! High quality food at a great location, along with wonderful service. I definitely come back when I visit Orlando. View all feedback.
What Jie doesn't like about Hanamizuki Japanese:
1 star for the service. This is the worst Shabu I’ve ever had. We ordered Wagyu beef, which is $80, however, there is only 5 pieces of beef with some veggies!! The broth is just water OMG!!! The Urchin tastes bad too. Then we ordered ramen since we were not full at all. We were thinking how bad can ramen be? Worst Ramen I’ve ever had too. Please, if you want to have Shabu and ramen don’t come to this place!! It’s a joke!.
Although not all the seats in this tiny place were full, they only take reservations. It certainly excludes a taste of Japan with the waitresses wearing the traditional attire and the decor in a therapeutic green. The sushi was fantastic and fresh and the special mushroom soup tasted gold, albeit everything is very expensive. The little appetizers were truly tiny, but they they so detailed and authentic it was hard not to appreciate them. The egg yolk mixed wonderfully and the crunchy crab legs were a delight.
The atmosphere was clean and very green and slightly outdated. But the food was amazing, had this for dinner and had to reserve lunch for the next day. Recommend this place for Japanese food lovers.
Very nice and delicious food. If you want to taste authentic Japanese cuisine and have no time to travel. These are the closest Japanese food you can find here.
Definitely a hidden gem!! My wife is a japanese descendent and she's always craving for japanese food. She loves udon and Sukiyaki the most, so everytime is a great experience and chance to try something from their vast menu, lots and lots of options. Traditional Tokyo cuisine, great service, amazing food and imported japanese beers!
The friendliest and attentive staff you’ll ever meet. Authentic and traditional japanese food, joining flavours to make for an incredible experience. They brought a sushi menu were you could choose what to get, the selection is wide and the prices and great for the portion. Chose to try the ramen as well. The variaty of ingredients make each bite different. Left absolutely full in the end. Will be coming back to try more dishes! Calm and clean environment, if it’s not a busy day you will need to make a reservation. It’s worth it!
