Golden Krust Caribbean - Orlando

I'm here in Orlando, Florida. I had an employee who stays here and introduces me to this restaurant. Oh, my God, that's so good!! CASSI HAD VERY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! She has me and OTHER BETWEEN BETWEEN THEY HER FAMILY!! That was so loud! You played the MUSIK!!! I WILL COME

I lik to thank each employee at the Gden Krust Restaurant at the Alafaya trail location. Ever since I was privilege to find this location the customer service is Exceptional, the manager is great person and treat her employees with dignity and respect as well as the customers. I would really to give a special well done overall service to Diana she friendly to all and she knows if not all her customer and their food order. If I had my own company I would definitely look for someone with her calabor. Oh and the food is always hot and tasty. If your looking for a restaurant please try them you won't be disappointed.

This is at a convenient location, seen from the Alafaya Trails, leaving the shops at Waterford lakes. The place is clean and well kept (which is a big deal for me) with a small section for dining in. The food is awesome. They are always playing good music which helps with the ambiance and the short wait time, if there is one. The staff is very personable and friendly, and I know them by name and visa versa. Patrina, Cassie, lady Dianna and of course miss Mitzie. I have become a frequent customer, with even for my coworkers in Melbourne placing orders for me to pick up. 5 stars any day for these guys.

I have been coming to this store from the beginning and very pleased with customer service every visit. Dian is the main server I’ve always used very pleased with her kindness and professionalism, and a good person. Kevin is a very good cook and also my go to person if I need to make my order in advanced. Thanks to Kasandra for treating me good also when I come in if Dian is not available. Misty takes care of the operation, and keep everything fresh and ready for the customers. Thank you all at the Alafaya location for the great service and many more years of service. God bless!

The order was correct but both meals were missing plantains don’t know if thats no longer a side or they just werent included. Food was good, jerk chicken needed more seasoning and the rice was a tad hard but not too bad overall. Jerk chicken patties are always on point.
