Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant received a mix of reviews, with some customers praising the delicious food and friendly service, while others were disappointed with the high prices and inconsistent quality of the dishes. Despite some negative experiences, many customers highlighted standout menu items like the sea bass tacos and Ravioli Trio Spicy Vodka. The service was a point of contention for some, with issues around language barriers and confusion over reservations. Overall, the restaurant seems to have potential but could use some improvements in certain areas to provide a more consistent dining experience for all patrons.
Our waitress was incredible. Appetizers were very good, however that was the only good thing about our meal. Steak was undercooked, then overcooked. Pasta with butter garlic sauce, no butter and it was raw garlic. Dessert was ok, nothing spectacular. Restaurant was clean. However, I went the the restroom. A waitress walked out of the stall and didn't wash her hands. (Not our waitress) absolutely disgusting. I didnt see any signs saying workers need to wash their hands. I walked out of the restroom and the same waitress had a plate of food in her hands no tray. Gross. We wont be coming back.
The restaurant itself was fine with cute artwork of Italian personalities adorning the walls in sketch like caricatures and Venice masks. The food portions were huge but the taste was eh. Like not bad. But nothing to write home about either. So very economical and large portions but flavor profile was just average. That goes for drinks as well. We ordered the calamari, salad, chicken pasta, Moscow mule and pomegranate martini. The server was lovely and very friendly, attentive and fast so that was probably the highlight. Oh and the warm dinner bread and butter was very good… probably most memorable item I ate actually.
Great eating, beautiful portions, friendly service, cute dining room, wonderful restaurant.
Good food, great menu options. service was the only part a little frenetic and easy to spin tables. we have not planned for ever, but if they have a 250 dinner dinner with drinks and apps, I prefer to enjoy apps and a cocktail before the dinner order is in the 1st app, made it out before even water glasses were poured rest of the service was disjointed. eating is good, but not “big” a animal over the olive garden, but not top in terms of aromen and fresh.
The food is always delicious and my family loves the ambiance here.
