Cold Stone Creamery - Orlando

So I ordered Ice Cream like normal. When It arrived at my house one Ice cream. So I ordered a Cookie Dough Ice Cream for my Daughter and it they messed it up and did Vanilla Ice cream and Cookie dough mixed. They also did not bring my wife's Order. They also did not put the Banana in my Ice cream. I am mostly mad because it cost a lot of money and I want a refund.

Usually all the ice cream is great here! The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because of the environment, it's just kind of... eh. I tried the Peep icream and it was so good!! Have to wait till next year to have it again as well as the Lucky Charms Ice cream. My two favorites so far. Other than those, I order the cotton candy.

Emil was fantastic! She was friendly and attentive, and she went above and beyond to customize my ice cream cake. The birthday celebrant absolutely loved it. I highly recommend her and this Cold Stone to anyone looking for a personalized ice cream cake.

The ice cream I ordered was absolutely perfect and tasted amazing! I’d rate it 10/10 and highly recommend it if you have a sweet tooth, like I do! Being pregnant, I had a strong craving for it. I just wish they had included a few more pretzels, but overall, it was fantastic!

I hardly received any ice cream! I spent over $17 and ended up with very little!
