The rice in my bowl is hard/ not cooked. Its harder than the tortilla chip. The sauce is too hot. I order a veggie only bowl so I basically paid $20 for lettuce and sour cream. View all feedback.
Came during peaks and service was great. Staff friendly. Management seems to do a good job. Not sure how to write this name... Edwin, but he gave phenomenal service. I know it's not luxury food, but really good work for him and the rest of the staff.

My rice was cold, old and clumpy. They forgot the queso I asked for in my Burrito Bowl. The side of Chips Queso Blanco was 50/50. The chips were really stale, but the queso was good.

Caritas was very dry like it had sat in a warmer far too long. Both Burrito were extremely dry
