You really can't go wrong with Chipolte had their steak bowl and tried their new chicken Asada, pretty good although at the heart of lunch time they kept running out of stuff, even had to wait on lettuce, steak took good 10 minutes to come out one the whole not bad but they should be better prepared for lunch rush. If you order online they always skimp on the meat View all feedback.
What Jaunita Mills doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
That must be the WORST CHIPOTLE I was all. You don?t greeting went directly to what they DON?T have NO Guacamole Never has the vinaigrette ever and no and something else they said, turn me off to even consider buying something there. I drove another 15 minutes to the next Chipotle to ensure a better service. I'm a store manager who understands customer service and how you talk to people. This place has no inviting re... This was my first time back at this location in years, but I do go through phases of eating my one meal a day pretty regularly at chipotle. I thought about my review for an hour driving home after work today, especially after reading the reviews here on Google for this location. Firstly, if you’re a chipotle regular, and you’re reading this, and you’re not paying cash and tipping MOST of the time you go, you’re part of the problem! OK, this particular location “felt” a lil’ different than most others I’ve enjoyed, but I disagree about how awfully people are reviewing this team from my experience today. Everyone working here was super polite and genuine and kind. Nobody was rude to me, and the food was all VERY FRESH! It tasted amazing, good strong flavors and cilantro notes. They’re out of fajita veggies but I honestly wasn’t bent out of shape about it because, for one reason, anyone else notice how diverse the new recipe offerings are getting? New chicken flavor, new vegan protein, new queso, new lemonades… it seems like chipotle has veered fast and far away from the basic fundamental ingredients casual restaurant model it started off as almost 20 years ago. Plus another location was out of fajita vegetables yesterday, also, so I’m assuming it’s from having to adjust to all the new menu items (please go back to prioritizing fajitas ; especially for vegans there’s not much else lol . I’ve worked in hospitality much of my life, from subway and Panera to the Ritz Carlton and more, and this team does not deserve the shaming I’m reading here by other reviewers!!!! They’re all very young people and very friendly when I had a question. Imagine if YOU were the one having orders barked at you incessantly all day while also having to maintain each and every other aspect of the business. Plus the POS system doesn’t even prompt customers for TIPS for every guest paying debit or credit (which is MOST customers! Let’s be honest . I’ve been to hipster Indy businesses where the two or three super chillaxed people working barely moved a muscle and customers are asked to tip by the POS system…(and the menu items are not as much of a value as chipotle is comparatively meanwhile!!!! chipotle employees grind and hustle most of the day and don’t even get tips from most guests. And then people want to totally berate them over a $10 meal. That’s nuts. $10 basically doesn’t buy that many fresh ingredients arranged into all of the customizable menu combinations packed with incredible flavor at most other restaurants. I looked in this plaza and most meals start at $15+. Some regular Chipotle customers have grown so entitled!! Shame on you reviewers being complainers on the backs of these young students’ hard work just to get yourself a greedy BOGO discount! Take a moment and feel grateful everyone showed up to work and the business is still open. Many places were running very lean in recent history, so it’s no surprise. The only indicator to me that this location may be running lean was that the dining area was not super immaculate. The food was all very fresh and flavorful though and that’s what I pay for. Thank you to everyone working here. I’m sorry maybe the owner or GM has been more hands-off recently but you don’t deserve the demoralizations I’ve read online today, and I hope you know I’m very grateful for the work you all do.
This was my first time at this chipotle everyone was very nice there to make sure that the long line went as fast as possible. The place was kept very clean during the lunch break. I will most likely go back and recommend this position to others. Great job guys keep it up.
The food is great and you have some Chioces on what you want to eat..
The food is good but the service is a bit slow. However, watching the employees make food you could tell they were only being careful. I would recommend and/or come back.
