Love the restaurant but forgot the cookie I ordered.

My first visit was to redeem my birthday reward! It was a breeze to order online, redeem my coupon, and pick up my order.I opted for the spicy pimento cheese on a croissant with the baked potato soup. The croissant was very plain, but the sandwich was good overall. I can't wait to try the chicken salad. For the soup, I thought that bacon was low quality. I'd try the soup of the day next time.

Love, love, love Chicken Salad Chick! The chicken salads, sides, and cookies are delicious. The food is always fresh. The service is fast and friendly. The restaurant is always clean. It's one of my favorite places to eat (or do takeout).

I ordered from this place via Uber Eats the other day. I am intelligent enough understand the difference between the things that were Uber 's fault and the things that were the restaurant 's fault. The two hour wait was Uber 's fault, there 's no question about that. But if I had been the restaurant, there are some things I would have done differently. The first of which is that if I had a customer who ordered chicken salad and potato soup, I 'd probably think to myself, Gee, he probably wouldn 't enjoy eating those things with his fingers, I might want to include a fork and a spoon. This restaurant failed to do that. I 'd also probably think Gee, Uber has taken 2 hours to find a driver, I bet all that ice has melted in his watermelon tea... I should probably make him a new one. This restaurant failed to do that. I 'd also probably think, Goodness, if I 'm going to sell chicken salad to anyone, it had probably better have enough mayonnaise and perhaps not too much salt. Nobody likes dry chicken salad. This restaurant failed to do that. I really wanted to love this place, but I paid 27 dollars and waited 2 hours for some nonsense and I will never make that mistake again. You probably shouldn 't either.
