What Melany Ramirez doesn't like about Cedars:
this used to be my favorite place to eat kibbeh , shawarma , humus. i got a shawarma today , the shawarmas used to be authentic and delicious , when i got home my shawarma only had chicken , FRENCHFRIES (who puts?french fries in a shawarma) some sort of pickled veggie. the shawarma is dry is not authentic at all. the service was bad , my mother had to go the frontdesk to ask for more hot tea and bread. This was my first Lebanese restaurant and it was great! There was someone at the table that rarely ate red meat but fell in love with the Lamb Rack when she tried someone?s: From the pictures and ratings Lamb Rack ???????? 5/5 Shish Kabob 3/5 shreddedsteak (forgot the name) 4/5 Fried Kibbeh 4/5 ???? CHATEAU KSARA RESERVE DU COUVENT 5/5 Sujouk 3/5 I can say the sides of???? were phenomenal, it caught us off guard. I?d definitely return Oh and our waitress was great but I forgot her name (I?mjust bad with names)
This restaurant is a 10/10 in food, service and the price-quality ratio. Wow wow wow! The food was just amazing. Fresh and perfectly cooked. Zero complaints. Our server was amazing. Have use good recommendations and even gave us extra pita bread andsauce to take home with our leftovers. I believe this sample platter was $20 and there was plenty to share and haveleftovers! This is my new go-to restaurant for when I?m craving middle eastern food.
It's virtually impossible to have totally authentic Lebanese food in North America, as the food has to be Americanized a little but Cedar's comes pretty close. A lot of options on the menu, some you don't often see in Middle Eastern restaurants here, allwell prepared and presented. Service is quick and friendly, prices a little on the high side.
