On the other hand, a hole-in-the-wall vegetarian spot pleased customers with its tasty sandwiches and welcoming atmosphere. In contrast, another review criticized the deteriorating service and lack of attention from the staff. Additionally, a western-themed steakhouse in Banff received praise for its friendly welcome, delicious fillet steak, and overall dining experience. Chuck's Steakhouse stood out as a favorite among diners, with compliments for the food, staff, and overall ambiance. With delicious meals and exceptional service, this restaurant left customers looking forward to their next visit.
The breakfast buffet was excellent and my ordered omelet was delicious! the waiting staff was very attentive. highly recommended.
We ordered from the menu and got the Belgian waffel and eggs benedict. both were good, but the service was hit and missed and had a mandatory 18% size. it seemed as if the server had too many tables and began to get into the rudder. we heard from one of the employees that the occupancy was low in the hotel, so maybe they were understaffed.
Very impressed by this breakfast buffet. the service was excellent and found the choice to be plentiful. everything looked and tasted fresh. the amount skewered older, which was not bad, but it is worth mentioning. the daily parking price is steep! but they give them a discount in the restaurant, so do not forget to ask the discount card before they pay for parking. overall it was a nice departure from our usual breakfast places and a funny little splurge.
The service began well but quickly deteriorated. The sever greeted me, asked a couple of questions then brought me coffee. Then I waited to have my order taken. The server then took an order from the table behind me who had been seated after I'd been waiting. I received a refill of coffee while I was waiting to have my order taken. The server took my order, delivered my food and he didn't come back to my table again to check on me until I flagged him down. Yet he was constantly at the table behind me , and him gave them thrir bill, and processed it. The table in front of me received the same poor service as myself. I had planned on going there daily, however after that extremely poor service I would not return. He did not deserve the gratuity that is automatically included in the bill because it didn't give him incentive to do a good job.
The staff at this restaurant was extremely friendly and helpful. I really appreciated their kindness. The food was also delicious. I will definitely visit again when I am back in Orlando.
