We placed our food order... read more We were celebrating a birthday and were greeted upon arrival. Our server promptly took our drink orders and brought them to us quickly. We placed our food order shortly after. Two of us ordered steak frites, but the steak was tough and one of my friends even found a piece of gristle in her meal and had to spit it out. She ended up not eating anything on her plate. Our drinks went empty as we sat there. The server never checked in on how our meals were, only if we were finished. He cleared my friend's plate without acknowledging how much food was left. I wanted to say something, but he was busy with another table. I have been a loyal customer of Bites Bubbles since their early days, so this experience was a letdown.

The lobster bisque was likely one of the best I’ve ever tasted! We ordered the fried goat cheese, which was delicious (although I wasn't a fan of the bread it came on, I finished all the cheese anyway). We also had the halibut and the surf and turf, and everything was cooked to perfection! We will definitely be returning!

The atmosphere has been thoughtfully designed to provide excellent service, with friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the food was top-notch. I wouldn't change a thing! Great job, Eddie and Nicholas!
