Located at the WDW Bonnet Creek Signia Hilton Resort, Beech offers a casual poolside dining experience. While its wings and mahi sandwich garner praise for flavor, other menu items, like the margarita pizza, disappoint with lackluster taste. Service varies, ranging from friendly and attentive staff to moments of disorganization. Ambient conditions can be uncomfortable, with stagnant air exacerbating the heat. While some dishes shine, cleanliness and menu creativity need attention to enhance patrons' overall experience. Ultimately, Beech serves as a convenient spot for bar food and drinks amid the bustling theme park vibe.
The food was fantastic, and the overall experience was wonderful. However, I must highlight our incredible server, Jazmine! She was quick and offered great recommendations, especially her favorite dishes (the rare Tuna Tacos were out of this world, by the way). Beyond that, her amazing smile and kindness truly stood out. She's a real gem!
Not so hot service, paired with subpar food just a pool bar really. Granted this is basically just a pool bar with a small eatery. Menu is really lacking with any kind of creativity. Food was brought out kinda hot, you could tell it was just sitting under a food lamp. Drinks were just ok, bartender didn't seem to care that much.
