The bartenders were nice even suggested we get the souvenir cups which honestly came in handy since we stayed for a week. The area is in the shade with plenty of barstools or tables for the family.

Especially if booking poolside room. Even not should be posted. Also parked in out gate very difficult with parking gate assess cards. Lock gate lockout no out of order sign yet house keeping stated working for weeks. So gate key would not open from parking area. Towel bag Sat out room with dirty linen 2 days. Life guard blow whistle in only open pool if guest splashed sucks away... in only over crowded pool due too renovations.

Distant music from the poolside, cocktails from a can, luke warm beer and not able to start a tab unless you sit at the bar. No table service either. Dirty, sticky and staff who want to be elsewhere but happy to take your tips. Loews need to invest in customer service. Poor show.
