5/28/2022 My buddy got married there, so my visit is from a perspective of the event. Everything was well tested all night. Hors d'oeuvres were served at the cocktail hour. There were some very tasty shrimp cocktail, but each cup sauce was accompanied only with a shrimp, I looked crazy a few shrimps at a time. I had the fillet and potatoes, very tasty. The servers were nice and clean. I want to go back and try it fro... View all feedback.
What HeatherW doesn't like about 310 Lakeside:
The restaurant had a pleasant ambiance, making for a nice dining experience. However, I would recommend a few small improvements. The paper menus were crumpled, dirty, and not very appealing. If it’s not possible to use higher quality menus, I suggest implementing a QR code system for guests to access menus on their mobile devices. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor in the air, which might be due to the same... View all feedback.
Ordered the Carbonara pasta to go. Great flavor, nice portion. It’s a rich pasta! Expect to pay a bit more here. The pasta was $18. (3.50 per shrimp to add, or $6 for a chicken breast) The service was awesome while I waited though, the bartender offered me water or a soda while I waited. Food came out quickly and hot!
Calamari nice portion, however bland tasting. Red pepper bisque soup on the salty side. Greek salad with chicken absolutely delicious. Healthy portion on the chicken salad sandwich. You're able to sink into mesmerizing view of Lake Eola. Outdoor seating available. I like that there's a parking garage across the street and the restaurant validates parking.
We visited for a Wednesday lunch. Our server, Benjamin, was excellent, but nothing else about the experience was enjoyable. The restaurant is worn and very dirty. Tablecloths might have helped disguise the poor facilities conditions. Our meals did not reflect the portion amounts or presentation shown in their ads. I had the Power Salad with Ahi tuna added. Except for Romaine lettuce, all the other listed ingredients, arugula, blueberries, sliced almonds, and sunflower seeds were almost non-existent. The tuna portion was also very small. Definitely not worth the $21 price. Our lunch for two, a salmon plate, salad, and one $10 glass of wine was $80 including tip. That is premium pricing that you would rightfully expect for an upscale restaurant with high quality food and presentation, but we did not get that value here. This restaurant, with a prime lakefront location in downtown Orlando, should be packed for lunch, but it was almost empty, and I now understand why. We will not return and do not recommend it.
We had our wedding reception at 310 Lakeside and it was the most amazing night. We had a beautiful candlelight dinner with fantastic food and great service. My drink was never empty once and the same was true for all my 120 guests! It has been for months since the wedding and I still get compliments about food, service and ambience of our wedding. Hillary went through every step of the way with recommendations and suggestions. I would recommend 310 Lakeside and Hillary for any event!
This restaurant is one of my favorites in downtown Orlando. The food is always good and hot. Everything in their menu is fantastic. As a private restaurant inspector, a toast to the owner, and all employees for your determination and endurance, you have proven that hard work is worthwhile. All servers and bartenders are also amazing; recommended.
