Subway - Orinda

I used to come here frequently. They are rude, but I'm not too sensitive about that so it never bothered me. A few months ago, my daughter went in to get a sandwich while I waited outside. It didn't seem busy in there, but she took about 10-15 minutes. I asked her what took so long. She told me that they kept telling telling adults go in front of her (she's 11, and they only made her sandwich after nobody else was in the store. As a result, they lost a regular customer. I've only done a total boycott on two establishments, and this is one of them.

Used to be my favorite Subway, now it 's run down. The place isn 't clean and the two ladies don 't seem to enjoy their job anymore. They used to be friendly, now they are stressed and look like they 're being bothered with making sandwiches. Third time I 'm paying extra for sliced avocado and it 's not on my sandwich. And guacamole is NOT the same as sliced avocado. Soda machine either broken or sticky gross. At a time where businesses are hurting because of the pandemic and Subway is hurting on top of it with their 'fake tuna ' scandal you 'd think they put in some more effort to keep the place afloat. Hope this Subway recovers and gets back to what they used to be.

The staff here is terrible!!! They are really rude and just don't care
