My wife and I both had 'regular' burrito's as opposed to their larger ones. I can tell you that it must have weighed close to 1.5 pounds! I can't imagine eating a larger one! The ingredients were fresh and tasted great. As a fast food restaurant, it's hard to beat rather than the usual flare of hamburgers that we are all accustomed to. Have a burrito....have a Mucho Burrito! Enjoy. View all feedback.
The Burrito was excellent and the service was exceptionally friendly with a smile. They also offer gluten-free options such as tacos or a burrito in a bowl.
I'm not sure what qualifies as an authentic burrito, but I can say that every burrito I have tried at this restaurant has been fantastic.
This Mucho Burrito location is the best I have ever visited! It is conveniently located near Highway 400, making it a great spot for a quick lunch stop on your way north to the lake.
I visited Mucho Burrito in early August while in Orillia for supplies for the cottage. I have to say that the burrito I got there is the worst I have ever had. I'm giving a 'Poor' rating rather than 'Terrible' to reflect the good service I got, and the cleanliness of the store. I admit I am spoiled somewhat when it comes to fast food burritos. At home in Halifax, I have Habaneros, and The Gecko Bus (Habaneros on wheels), and Burrito Jax, both of which make excellent burritos. In Kingston ON, where I visit fairly regularly, there is a burrito place on Princess St. (name escapes me at the moment) which is also very good. Compared to these places, what I was served at Mucho Burrito was downright awful. The main problem, I think, is how they served the meat. I asked for chicken, and the chicken they serve is cut up into very small cubes, perhaps 1/4" square. I'm sure this is done to make it easier for the server to control portion size, but it is also very effective at drying out the meat. Even though I was there at about 12:15, prime lunch time, the meat I got was dry almost to the point of being inedible. Mucho Burrito folks, if you are reading this, do yourselves a favour and go to a small local burrito place somewhere. Watch what they do with the meat they serve with their burritos, and learn.
This fast food Mexican Food chain is OK for a quick bite. Portions are large, food is good and service is excellent. Will try it again down the road.
