We spent one night at the hotel; the setting was lovely, the bedding comfortable, and the room clean. We had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant for Valentine's Day, and the service was very friendly, especially from Brice! We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the perfect truffle egg, the morel mushroom tart, the perch fillets, and above all, the excellent and generous rum baba! All accompanied by a glass of Vin Jaune from the Jura region :

Having lived in Moirans or been a regular visitor, we were already familiar with the restaurant. We celebrated our mother's, grandmother's, and great-grandmother's 100th birthdays there, and there were 21 of us. After exchanging emails, we made a reservation for January 31st. We received a warm welcome. The dishes were delicious and delighted our palates. We thank all the members of the restaurant team for their hospitality and for putting up with us for nearly five hours. As we were leaving, they mentioned they were preparing dinner. A big thank you again. Until next time!
