Nous avons été accueilli à la Valouse alors que nous passions nos vacances au Jura.D'emblée nous avons été séduit par la décoration baroque dans son style classique, puis par le choix de la carte. Soirée gâchée par un plat immangeable : une salade du pêcheur avec des crevettes au goût d'eau, idem pour les gambas et une truite fumée caoutchouteuse. Certainement un grave problème de fraîcheur ce qui est inacceptable. Nous n'avons pas râlé car ma femme en a eu l'appétit coupé et e voulait plus rien d'autre. The hotel is very good, the room was renovated and modern. The bed was comfortable and overall it was quiet. There was air conditioning in the room. Breakfast at €13.50 was quite simple. The only negative is that the reception is not open between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. There is a restaurant where you eat very well for around €20 to €24 per dish. Free parking right next door.
Very pleasant hotel, the hotel is welcoming, the staff is great. The restaurant is excellent and the service is stylish. A deserved 3 star hotel.

An incredible and delightful surprise along the way! The setting is very pretty, a bit bourgeois, or rather, refined. My partner had the Comtois burger, and I had the andouillette sausage… It was absolutely delicious, we thoroughly enjoyed it! The two dishes, a carafe of rosé, and two coffees for under 60 euros. We'll be back, and we'll stay at the hotel to make the most of our visit. The waitress and waiter were very professional. Thank you!
