Have been here many times and I don?t think they have got my order correct even 50%. I have learned to check my order before pulling away, even as far as opening the wrapper onthe hamburger to make sure they didn?t put mustard on it when I told them NO mustard. SO IF YOU ARE IN LINE BEHIND ME PLEASE BEPATIENT. ????

The past few times I?ve gone I?ve been given the wrong order or the food had been old. You can tell the fries or the chicken have sat for too long. I?m sodisappointed with this location. Management needs to step up and change things there, that?s for sure!

My friend and I showed up to the location only to discover the lights were turned off and appeared to be closed. We sat in the parking lot looking for somewhere else to go when we saw a few cars pullthrough the drive through. We have the drive through a shot and low and behold they were open. We got to the menu where we weregreeted by an extremely rude teenage girl. I asked if they were still open since all lights were turned off. She replied with avery snarky ?Uh yes?. I proceeded to order and upon getting to the window she gave me glares and was just out right rude abouttaking my card. I was handed my food by a gentleman who was obviously not having it with the girl because he was very nice. Butmy friends food came from her?. She practically through it out the window at us. Very rude. Will be contacting the storemanager if this happens again.

The manager did there best to r... read more The front cashier was utterly rude to my mom for no reason. They had no patience and used to customer service skills whatsoever. The manager did there best to resolve it but after we sat down to eat we heard the cashier talk about what we had said to themanager and saying it loudly to taunt. They messed up our order so we took it back and it took about 10 minutes just for 2sandwiches. Worst Wendy?s I have ever been too.

He greeted me with such a nice smile and friendly manner, which is extra nice because it?s a drive through and it?s late (mostpeople are understandably grouchy by this point.)He should be commended! Keep hiring awesome people like that here!
