We came on a Wednesday at 7:30 PM and it’s still busy and loud but that’s what you expect from Texas Roadhouse. I ordered the chili and loaded steak fries with the 23 ozPorterhouse T bone. All of the food was amazing. Every time I have gone to a Texas Roadhouse I always get an amazing charredwell done finish on my steak which I’m looking for. Needless to say TX Roadhouse Orem absolutely delivered on everything.Customer service despite it being busy was still top notch and the food was fantastic and I’d absolutely recommend this placefor all ages. I will unquestionably come back here again.

He offered suggestions as to what was good, and he was quick to come back and take our order. We got the steak withshrimp and the steak with ribs. Our steaks were surprisingly moist and tender. Brandson brought rolls whenever we ran out. Itwas the perfect restaurant experience. Thank you so much!

I... read more Very disappointed with service. When I entered the restaurant I specifically asked if they do birthdays. They said they do and asked me to inform the server. I showed the server id of my husband and daughter and that we are celebrating both theirbirthdays. At mid way eating she came over and said they ran out ice cream and gave us a free appetizer card for next visit. SoI went to talk to the manager that the reason we dine there is to celebrate birthday if they don’t have ice cream then canthey replace a slice of cake. I don’t want free appetizer card that defeats the purpose. The manager wasn’t friendly andsaid I have to purchase the slice of cake. That’s not the point I can afford to pay a slice of cake. The point is ruining acelebration at the end of dinner. I told her I would dine at other places if I had known they don’t offer alternative tocelebrate birthdays when their ice cream is out and if she had apologizes for running out of ice cream and giving me wrongexpectations instead of that nasty look. So after dinner at almost 8pm where am I to go buy a cake to celebrate. Moreover wehaven’t finished eating and yet the server came over asked if we need boxes and that she will get the Cheque but we can takeour time to eat ! But she is hardly around when we need refills for drinks. The food was mediocre, pork chop was tough myhusband couldn’t finish it, the ribeye was cooked more than medium rare, my rice and shrimp and the sides of mash was toosalty. We couldn’t The onion rings was the star. My husband being kind still give them a good tip but no more next time.

He was... read more Steaks were overcooked and undercooked. Server was good to keep our waters filled but never checked back to see how our dinners were until we were done. He was in a hurry from the start. The manager came over after a while to ask how things were and I told him my MR steak was well done and my wife's medium steak was rare. He said he was sorry and that I he next time I should let my server know. There won't be a next time, but o told the manager that the server never stopped by after bringing our food. The manager then gave us certificates for free appetizers next time. Again there won't be a next time. The rolls were awesome as per usual at Texas Roadhouse and the music and noise and mood was classic roadhouse so all good there. Final straw was that the server didn't remove our dishes and then tried to push the automatic 20% tip! Must be outside of his mind to think he'd get more than about 10% and a complaint to the manager.
