Neither of the drinks we ordered that day were enjoyable. The Pina Colada boba had a taste reminiscent of melted plastic.
At this location, they sometimes forget to include the puree in drinks, even if you request a double. Make sure to check your order before you leave! Aside from that, the customer service is really pleasant.
Great staff! I visited Swig yesterday, and Miss Hailey took my order. She was incredibly sweet and helpful, making my experience at Swig fantastic. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Swig is a fantastic spot with friendly, always-smiling staff. I live in Orem and enjoy visiting the location at 584 West 1600 North, especially on hot days when their drinks are incredibly refreshing and addictive. My wife loves this place too.
I placed an order through the app, but they made me go through the drive-thru instead. My drinks didn’t arrive until almost 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, and some of the drinks were incorrect. The only positive was that they refunded the wrong drinks. I won’t be visiting this location again. I didn’t order just to have to go through the drive-thru. I’m also curious to see the owner’s typical canned response, where they ignore the real issues and make no effort to improve.
