I love this place! Their drinks are fantastic, the service is top-notch, and the employees are always so cheerful. It's the perfect spot for a date night or to grab a drink to go. What User doesn't like about Swig:
I dislike the layout of their drive-thru. It is cramped next to the Domino's drive-thru, and in order to avoid blocking it or others trying to use the drive-thru, customers must wait in the parking lot, even if they are far away from the entrance. Additionally, if there is a long wait (which is typically the case) and customers decide to leave, they are unable to do so because the curves lock them into the drive-thru... View all feedback.

Swig is the best soda shop around. The carbonation is always perfect and they have the best flavors.
I visited the north Orem location the other day and got two Boba drinks which I was told would be $11 and some change but my card was charged $13.66. My husband said he saw as we were pulling forward the boy that had taken our order tipped himself and signed for the transaction. I am shocked because it seems like this is a common occurrence. Your employees are stealing by tipping themselves. This is unacceptable.
I usually love swig but I won't be coming to this location again. The girl taking my order decided to tip herself and try and pass it off as the cost of the drink. I am ok with tipping, but let me make that decision don't try and sneak the tip in. I caught it when I went to sign for the credit card and noticed she had added a tip. I won't be back to this location.
I’ve been here a million times..the staff are always friendly, and the drive through is ALWAYS speedy no matter how long the line!
