I live in Orem and enjoy visiting the location at 584 West 1600 North, especially on hot days when their drinks are incredibly refreshing and addictive. My wife loves this place too.

My drinks didn’t arrive until almost 20 minutes after the scheduled picku... read more I placed an order through the app, but they made me go through the drive-thru instead. My drinks didn’t arrive until almost 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, and some of the drinks were incorrect. The only positive was that they refunded the wrong drinks. I won’t be visiting this location again. I didn’t order just to have to go through the drive-thru. I’m also curious to see the owner’s typical canned response, where they ignore the real issues and make no effort to improve.
