The frits and burger... read more Smashburgers is one of the best delicious burgers in the county! The staff is pleasant, it is nice and comfortable to sit and enjoy a meal. The frits and burgers are some of the best herbs and spices I had in a while. I had the All American Smashburger, Beehive (Honey BBQ) Smashburger and the Buffalo Blue Smashburger. All were very good. They have different kinds of meat, but we stay with beef. The Shakes are pretty good, but we don't always have room. It's not cheap, but it's worth it!

They went out to make a nice presentation, even though it might have been because they were not very busy. It is one of the more expensive burgers, but still reasonable at $6-7 for a burger. Another critic said it was dirty, but it looked impeccable when I was there.

A few minor problems lik... read more I love smashburger and have been to this location before with no problems. However, after today I’m not likely to go back anytime soon. A few minor problems like being out of diet soda (and not warned before we paid for a drink), our if kids for small drinks, order came out with wrong fries, credit card machine down, etc. wouldn’t keep me from returning even though it all happened in one visit. However, the plates were filthy and greasy. A thick layer of it. The forks had dried food on them. When we pointed it out they took the plates, slid the burgers onto another DIRTY plate! First, even if the second plate had been clean, I don’t want to eat food that previously sat on a nasty plate! Second, the next plate was just as dirty! I recorded a video of me rubbing the grease. It was all over the plate in a thick layer, it was NOT grease from my burger. The employees were nice, but incapable of recognizing the problem and therefore unable to fix it. Seemed like it needs more oversight and attention to detail, from cleanliness to inventory management. It was disgusting. The pictures below are screen shots from my video. You can see the smudge marks my fingers are leaving in the grease. And the bun-less burger has not been touched yet. This is the second plate that was supposed to have been cleaner (and it was slightly cleaner, but... eeewww).

And get our food out quickly! With zero errors! The place was clean and the cabins were comfortable! We also talked to Abe the manager and he was so cool! And beautiful! Definitely plan to come back!!

They usually offer Q4 of a given year. $100 for 100 days of your choice, including premium burgers, chicken sandwiches and salads. The shakers here are a little expensive, but excellent. They also offer a generous Rewards program through the Smashburg app.
