Google says open at 9:30 am. Sign in window claims open. But at 10:30 the drive thru was closed and so it seemed the whole place was. If there are different hours for drive thru then that should be indicated, preferably at the drive thru recorded message because at that point no one wants take the time to get out and confirm if the actual store is truly open. They went drive thru for a reason and just drove someplace else when they were shot down without clarification.

While I appreciate the importance of charitable donations, my family already incurs substantial medical expenses at Primary Children's annually. Therefore, I do not find it necessary to donate each time I make a purchase at your store.I urge your employees to exercise greater understanding of customers' circumstances and avoid making them feel uncomfortable or guilty for choosing not to donate. This issue has become increasingly concerning and requires attention.
