Used to be good, but the last two times I’ve had it, it doesn’t taste right. The chow mein is too crunchy, maybe not cooked all the way. The teriyaki chicken is super greasy. It wasn’t like this a month ago. ?
Beyond disappointing with this location, honestly just gonna stop coming to panda this period. stingy with portions and gives you mainly veggies and no meat. when i asked about the portions she said it was correct with three pieces of chicken, and all veggies. beyond ridiculous and they kept lying who was manger and did even put a lip on my food which is unsanitary and dropped all my rice in the chow mein, and just cross contaminated my food which is gross. Beyond disappointed with this store and the way they treat their customers. Don’t recommend this panda
Great food, nice staff, clean surroundings! do you think we could get some longer straws? haha it’s all good
I love Panda, but I have to ask—when did the chow mein start looking like white rice? :( It's still tasty, though!
I did a take out and these guys don't give enough food for their rising prices. Broccoli beef has 2 pieces of beef. Even with sauces and napkins. It wasn't always like this in this location. I guess big business only want profit and can't please their customers anymore with increasing prices. Try another Panda or support local business instead. I'll do that from now on.
**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag at Panda Express** Panda Express has become a restaurant marked by inconsistency, as patrons experience both commendable service and notable shortcomings. While many praise the friendly staff, quick service, and fresh food, issues such as dry dishes and limited sauce availability frequently emerge. The transition to tiny sauce packets has left some diners frustrated, especially those who once enjoyed generous portions. Despite these challenges, certain locations stand out for their cleanliness and attentive service, maintaining a loyal customer base. Ultimately, while the fare may suit those seeking quick, Americanized Chinese cuisine, expectations can vary significantly from visit to visit.

The drive thru lady was not friendly and seemed irritated that I said beef broccoli before specifying rice/noodles. She corrected me twice. I ordered two servings of beef broccoli in my plate order and this is what I received. Very little meat! The drink also came with a cracked lid and when I asked for a new lid she wasn?t really friendly nor did she apologize.
I absolutely love this place! It’s far better than the Vineyard location. The staff is friendly, the food is great, and they labeled every container so we can easily identify whose box is whose. They even made their sauces available, unlike at the Vineyard site where we have to plead for them!
I am SO fed up with being handed food I cannot eat after ordering specifically what I need. My last THREE visits: first time asked for white rice (can?t have fried rice and was handed FRIED RICE. Of course, I didn?t notice until I had brought the food home and opened it up. Second time, asked for sesame chicken and was given ORANGE CHICKEN (how does someone even mess that up? . Third time, today, FRIED RICE AGAIN after asking for WHITE. Now I have to dump my $9 meal. I NEVER leave reviews unless I am either completely amazed or completely appalled. So here I am. I?m sick and tired of the screw ups. And considering this is the nearest Panda drive-thru is the reason I keep trying. But I?m done. I know mistakes happen, but when it?s three different visits in a row, there is obviously something that needs to be fixed. Please be better.
Everytime we go through the drive thru they mess up our order and we never get what we pay for. Its so frustrating, I tell my kids anything but panda for dinner... For this reason. You never get anyone to pick up the phone either! Again..... Where's my teriyaki?
For a good, very Americanized type of Chinese food that goes down easy and doesn't stick around very long, Panda Express is the place for you. You can enjoy a wide variety of dishes which is very good. Also, it's nice to have lots of high vegetable dishes for optimum health options. Is it a little pricey? Probably a little bit, but it is worth it because the actual quality of the food is pretty good.

I like to leave a good review for every bad one i leave somewhere. This panda express has never failed to impress. The staff is always very friendly, the work area perfectly clean, the food tastes amazing, and the service is always super fast. 5 stars fromme.
This place is decent. Usually the food is alright, occasionally you will get some that is overly dry and don't even try to ask for a bunch of sauces. They will hand you 2 or 3 packets and look appalled when you ask for some more as if you are stealingmoney from their paycheck by doing so.
A surefire way to drive away customers is through inconsistency! I had a disappointing experience with poorly served dishes. I can't understand why some staff members serve such small portions. Are they trying to cut back on cooking or what? I ordered a Premium entree, for which I paid extra, so I expected a proper serving, right? Unfortunately, that was not the case! The same issue occurred with the regular entrees. My advice to the manager is to train your employees to serve the right amount of food consistently. Customers expect decent service every time, whether it's busy or slow. It appears that nothing has changed; the trend seems to be to provide less food overall, resulting in smaller plates and smaller portions.
I mentioned just last week that Panda Express is likely my favorite restaurant. This location meets all my expectations, and I have no complaints. I always order half rice and half noodles, usually with orange chicken or Kung Pao chicken. Occasionally, I'll try the upgraded shrimp dish as well.
This restaurant used to be great, but it has really declined since the pandemic began. Previously, they provided generous cups of sweet and sour sauce, but now they’ve switched to tiny packets. I was told that two packets are supposed to equal one cup, but that's definitely not true. It actually takes about five packets to match the amount in one cup. My wife and I used to request around 20 packets, since we would use one cup for each egg roll and one for our noodles. However, during our last six visits, we've had to practically argue with the manager just to get a reasonable amount. Now they flat out refuse to give us more than three tiny packets in total. Even when I asked if we could buy some directly to help them out financially, they still said no. The manager, Zach, who has been there during my last few visits, didn’t seem to care at all and just shrugged it off. If you enjoy sweet and sour sauce, I strongly recommend avoiding this location!
