I've been to many Panda Expresses around Utah, and several out of the state, but this one beats them all. Even when they are extremely busy, thestaff is kind and efficient. I get my food quickly everytime, and everything is fresh and tasty. Many other Panda Expresses I'vegone to are slower and worse quality, even when they are not particularly busy, but this store is almost always consistent. Onoccasion, some of the food is slightly less seasoned, or doesn't have the correct ratio of ingredients, but that doesn't happenvery often. This is easily the best Panda Express I've ever gone to.

I placed an order through the app, which confirmed my order and processed my payment. However, when I arrived to pick it up, the restaurant was closed, despite it not even being 5:30 PM on a weekday. They’re supposed to be open until 6 PM. This is just ridiculous, and now I can’t get a refund.

I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while three employees chatted among themselves.... read more I work on campus and visited the restaurant around 1 PM for a lunch break. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while three employees chatted among themselves. When I asked if they were open, one of them rudely confirmed they were, then turned his back to me to continue talking. I waited a few more minutes but was completely ignored. Ultimately, I left without placing an order. It was a terrible experience.
