Considering my usual royal treatment I?ll be generous leave you 1 star but want to bring this heinous crime to your attention. I was recently hurtemotionally by one of the McFamily members who was working the window. I hope she gets the help she needs as she clearly lackshappiness with how rude she treated me. Maybe a happy meal for her will do! Please do better so I can show my support onceagain! Hope to talk again soon. BTW the buns on my hot?n?spicy turned to dust in my mouth with how burnt they were. Literalcharcoal flabs sandwiching my chicken patty! Also no napkins were given.

The order taker kept rushing... read more I usually have a decent experience here. But when we went through the drive thru Sep 5th, at around 9-11pm, to get a simple order. The order taker kept rushing me and cutting me off, at one point before I even confirmed we were done, he cut me off,told me the price and to pull forward. I noticed parts of my order was missing and extra things I did not say. I figured I'djust fix it at the window, and while I was waiting for him to acknowledge us at the window he was taking another order, and wasbeing extremely rude to the customer, and visibly angry. As I heard this I immediately pulled out and went to the joint i workat. Because we did not want to deal with that. I work as a manager in fast food and would not tolerate this behavior at all.

I can tell the difference and I wasn't sure until I went to both this Mcdonald's and the one by Walmart and the taste difference is obvious. I alreadycomplained to the Manager and she was very much in denial/unapologetic. Go ahead and find out for yourself if you'd wish. 100%FACTS.

When I paid,... read more We went to McDonald's for a quick meal, and the cashier told us the total was $41.78. I asked twice to confirm, and she assured me it was correct. When I paid, I was charged that amount, but the receipt showed $21.78. I gave her a $100 bill and showed her the change, but she still refused to return the extra $20. We spoke with a manager, who reviewed the cameras and said everything was fine. In the end, I ended up paying double for my order.
