Sometimes the ho... read more A general, average IHOP experience. I’ve been here numerous times over the years and it’s never been bad but never been over the top fantastic. Sometimes the hostess at the front is brisk and abrupt. Our waiter is usually incredibly friendly or fairly kind. Nothing bad but nothing to rave about for this location. It’s about what you are likely expecting when you go to an IHOP.

At this time of day..... it should not take long to be greeted, seated, order taken and keep the place in order and answer the phone that nobody would answer. Management needs to make some changes at this location.

The waitress seemed overwhelmed and she... read more So it took us10 min to get seated? there were only 2 other parties normally my hubby would have just left but we waited. The waitress seemed overwhelmed and she took a drink order but I never brought us drinks???? about 20 minutes 30 minutes later shecame and took our order and realized she didn?t bring our drinks we all laughed it off and we eventually got them it took awhile. Just before bringing us our food she brought us our drinks and told about how her night had been because she had fourparties but they all wanted separate tickets and that really messed her up I guess the parties were quite large whatever. (Splitit up after y?all leave a restaurant)Our food came it was overall decent, It all came out at the same time it was hot, freshand the last half of our service with her she made up everything from the beginning and us and our oldest kids that we savedfrom a flat tire quite enjoyed our little breakfast at 3 AM. Not too bad I was pleasantly surprised.

Went on a Saturday, a little busy. Waited about 15 minutes to be seated. Got water promptly, ordered about 5 minutes later. Food took about 10-15 min to be ready. Our waitress came around often enough to get us anything we needed but notso much it got annoying. The restaurant was clean. Everyone was respectful. Great experience.

We spent nearly two hours at IHOP, and the first plate of French toast we received was burnt and inedible. Our server was inattentive, making it hard to get assistance when we needed it. We had to request help from another server for drinks and remind our original server several times for other items. Thankfully, a manager stepped in to assist us, but overall, I cannot recommend this place. (The picture shows the replacement French toast they provided.)
