It took 26 minutes from the time I ordered my burger to the time they delivered it. I only stood in line behind one person, so it was perplexing to have to wait that long for a burger. I've gotten my food faster at a sit-down restaurant.

Firstly I would like to make clear that the employees here are awesome! But the food is terrible, they use low quality beef in my opinion. It might be worth the low quality it if it was cheap, but it's $9+ for JUST A BURGER, no combo. I was really disappointed, for that price, I would expect good food.

The employee who did notice my fries burning was just confused and then didn't offer me new frieswhen I explained to him what was happening. So I ended up with a cold burger that had been sitting for 15ish minutes and burntfries that had been cooking for 10. Don't walk away while you're cooking something. I'd get written up for that where I work.Last time they just didn't put any of the toppings I ordered on. So I paid for a little bacon burger and got a patty with bread.Issues are just becoming consistent with five guys.
