We got Brunch and the French toast was delicious my husband says it’s the best ever and it comes with ice cream! We also got burgers because we wanted to try them and they were sooo yummy and crispy. They make their own bread fresh and the meat is locally sourced. Highly recommend for any time of day!

He genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of the food he serves. I absolutely would return not only because their food is delicious, but because the care Steve has to make sure every customer has a phenomenal dining experience. Had an unfortunate experience tonight trying to bring another couple with small children with us to Fancy Burger for their first time. The restaurant was near empty with plenty of spaces to accommodate our party that were not currently reserved. We requested a table and the hostess turned us away saying they would be “unable to accommodate our party” No solutions. No care. No service. Disappointing to see the progressive decline of what once was a great restaurant.

Take your favorite burger joint and do a back to back comparison and you'll see exactly what I mean. Been here twice and tried The Classic Double both times just to make sure I hadn't built it up to be better than it actually was. Yup, it's def the best I've had in UT. Their meat and their buns are absolutely the stars of the show, and you'll 100% get that when you take your first bite. It doesnt end there with the other ingredients, as this is an extremely well balanced burger in every way. Bravo to the creator of this burger. On one visit my partner tried their heirloom burger and didn't like it as much as mine. I agree it wasn't as good but I still liked it. They have other upscale options if you're in to something more unique. Look forward to working my way through the entire menu. Also looks like they change it time to time as well. The rosemary french fries are also exceptional. Perfect crisp, perfect size, perfect fry sauce. Not an exaggeration to say they may have top 5 fries in the state. Beet Salad was decent, not bad. Not exceptional either. It's a sit down order from a menu place, but they also do take out. You can tell they're trying to elevate this from a traditional burger joint, and they succeed. The darker lighting, jazz music, piano, open kitchen, the way the servers interact with guests...its a nice set up. Would be cool to be there when piano is playing and not sure when they do that. Would be helpful to know. My first visit the service was exceptional by the smaller guy with the beard. Second visit had two very small snafus, nothing major, and it was fine overall. I don't really care about that stuff because it's really all about the food for me. You can get the best burger in the state of UT at Fancy Burger for about $11 if you do take out...add a little more for a tip. Think about that in relation to 5 Guys, Smash Burger, Shake Shack, whoever else is your #1, etc. The burger to value ratio is perfect at Fancy Burger. Recommend you go here if you're really into burgers. Can't recommend it strongly enough.
