However, over... read more I had a mango smoothie and a sausage breakfast sandwich, and they were both delicious and satisfying. I would rate the taste a perfect five stars! However, overall I’ve decided to give it four stars since the service was quite slow, especially considering we were the only customers there on a Saturday at 10:30 AM, which was puzzling. The prices are a bit higher, but it’s definitely worth it for a good, healthy meal. I also appreciated that I didn't feel sluggish or experience a sugar crash later on.

The food is incredibly fresh, and the environment is healthy. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is laid-back and cozy. Cafe Fresh provides a much-needed alternative to the busy, high-end franchises that dominate most of the restaurants in Utah Valley.
