The website gave 5 minutes that my food would be ready... read more I really shouldn't be even giving this a 2. I'm severely disappointed. I pre-ordered through the website. The website gave 5 minutes that my food would be ready. I knew my order wouldn't be ready in 5 minutes. It wasn't the last few times I ordered on the website. I arrived there 17 minutes after placing my order, 12 minutes after I was told my food would be ready.I go in the store, and told them I had an online order. The young lady asked my name and I told her. She told me my order had yet to be put together and they were working on it.After reviewing my order, I was informed that they were out of extra crispy chicken. How do you not have both types of chicken ready during dinner time? This isn't the first time this has happened. They told me I could either wait another 20 minutes or get the original. I figured my order was already almost ready, that I wasn't going to wait any longer. I couldnt leave without food, since i had already ordered and paid online. I opted for the chicken that was ready.They had infact not started on my order, but filled 4 more orders before it. Why have the option to order online ahead of time to have it ready when you arrive if it is not going to be? My order ended up being completed almost 30 minutes after placing it online.When I got home (I only live a couple minutes away)the chicken skin was starting to get soggy.Next time I want fried chicken, it won't be here.
