I ordered beef and cheddar without red ranch, and the stickers and receipt clearly say “no red ranch.” Yet for the third time, I received red ranch. And don’t even get me started on their inability to spell my girlfriend’s name correctly!

The past three times I've been to this particular Arby's I've gotten sick every time . I also see others are as well you may want to look a bit more into this . The first two times it just made my stomach hurt this time it's vomiting and diarrhea .My food is never fresh or even warm . I really would like to come back there but I don't think I can I'm scared to at this point .

Short loud mouthed so-called manager had a bad attitude, was talking to the 1 guy that was working and he interrupted and said, can I help you?!! I said no, I was talking to this gentleman,he proceeded to say, if u have a problem I'm the manager! So with that, I left!! If I want to be yelled at and talked down toI'd be working there!! Goodbye Arby's in Oregon, Ohio!! Until u get a different manager!! Didn't even get a chance to order andwon't be at that location!! WOW!! BEWARE!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A WOMAN!!

Last time they will ever getany business from me.. The lady on the phone said no nobody ordered out of milkshake with two sandwiches off the top of herhead.. lol Like she would know that when it was a young male at the window.. and they could have went to the computer and sawand I could?ve told them what my order was and it would still be in there and they would have seen it.. Just another example ofcomplete incompetence and people refusing to own up to their mistakes.
