I came thru this drive thru on Sept 4th, 2023, the lady in the drive thru is the same one today, 10/7/23. Whe I ordered both times, I felt as though I was bothering her. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt yet, she must hate her job. She forgot what I asked for on my order. No horsey sauce on the 4th, today I had to ask twice for the rest of my order. The food was tasty and service was quick. However, the restaurant was dirty with no clean tables available to sit at. The floor was in poor condition and the staff seemed more interested in their phones than in cleaning up. It wasn't busy at the time, so there was no excuse for the lack of cleanliness.
The restaurant offers great food and quick service. The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean.
Please update your operating hours. The website and signage indicate that you are open until 10pm, but when I arrived at 8:50pm everything was already closed.
