Round Table Pizza - Orchards

Hosted my grandfather's 70th birthday here as it is a location that is easily accessible to our large family... I was assisting my mom who made the reservation 2 weeks in advance online. I was immediately disappointed to discover the back room we were put into was not consistent with the information given online, as there was a placard stating room occupancy was 20 while the website says 25 people, along with the $100 minimum spending requirement... I was very disappointed to discover that even for parties everyone would have to purchase a drink for themselves, and that pitchers of water were not ready upon guests arriving. Additionally the room we were in did not have air conditioning like the rest of the building but a box fan and the back exit door left open, lastly we had to ask 6 separate times for a trash can to be moved into the room so it wouldn't collect on the tables. Parking: Huge parking lot, which is nice for having a large party of people coming and going. Wheelchair accessibility: In the entire space of the parking lot there are only like 3 handicap parking spots and I have multiple people in my family with physical accessibility issues who need to have a cane or walker. There should be more spots for those who are handicapped so that when a large party like mine wouldn't effect other people who also need access.

My wife and I ordered 2 mini individual pizzas for pick up. The online process was simple and easy-to-use. When we got there an employee told us one of the crusts to the pizza had bubbled up and they had to remake that one. Surprisingly they gave us that pizza as well free of charge. We plan to come back later to have dinner with our friends and their kiddos. Which is a plus since they have arcade games and prizes Food: 5

The service was incredibly slow, and the customer service was lacking. I ordered delivery for dinner, and the price per person was around $10 to $20. I would rate the service a 1 out of 5.
