We made a reservation, And headed over from the hotel thinking that as we were early, we would just get a drink at the bar. It was completely unnecessary as they seated us 45 minutes early in a beautiful patio. Our waitress Sabina was born and raised in Aruba and provided exceptional service!!!! She made recommendations, And I had one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The tuna tartare was out of this world, the Caesar salad was one of the best I’ve ever had (hearty and built perfectly layered with cheese), And the salmon dish I got had me almost licking the plate. The food was so fresh and flavorful and the food combinations were savory and delicious. They also come out and celebrate birthdays BIG… Complete with decorative crowns, light sabers, Sparking (fire) dessert and sing happy birthday in four languages!!!! Overall, it was an amazing and beautiful dining experience. Will definitely go back the next time I am in Aruba.
