What ABIN MATHEW doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
To the manager, please teach some manners and, some basic mathematics to your drivethru staff. Tried to rip me off with the balance amount when i paid with cash. Played dumb for a while but I wasnt gonna drive away without the rest of my money. Too bad you guys not getting tips, but stop trying to make some this way. Also how come you dont serve any food after 9:30? No muffins? Bagels? That lazy? Service: Take out View all feedback.

Very poor service!!!! Do not recommend!! I waited for around 15 minutes for two wraps. I was the only customer there!! Staff was busy cleaning the machines and roaming here and there!! Two employees standing there to chit chat while looking at me and ignoring!! The chicken wasn’t cooked well !!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

It's 2023 and still people don't know the difference between beacon and sausage. What a joke. Wasted an hour of my time which I'm not getting paid because someone does not know how to take an easy order. I will not be giving anymore business to Tim Hortons going to the places that can actually take an order and get it right.
