We are a group of 30 retirees who decided to give the Guest Wok a try. The dining room was reserved for our exclusive use and a special menu was negotiated. There are some fussy eaters among the group, and many gourmands. The food arrived hot and on time. The selection was good. Pre-ordered dinner on the 23rd of December for pick up the 24th 5:30 pm. order was delayed due to demand of orders, told an extra half hour wait, no problem, over an hour later told our order was somehow misplaced cancelled order and had...to serve Kraft Dinner to our 5 8 year old for their Christmas Dinner with their father (recently divorced). The customer service and the order is terrible. preordered for a delivery at a certain time. the order was late and wrong. when I was told by wrong order, the person said no sweat, then went on to tell me that the order was what I ordered. If it were correct, I wouldn't call. it was said that the missing items would arrive later, as the supplier was on a delivery of the city, about 45 minutes later or the next day could deliver. for the 45 minutes later. 2 hours later it had not arrived. again called and said there was no new delivery, as was what I ordered. will never be ordered from here again.
We cannot say enough about how fresh and tasty our meal was. we ordered a lot of orders and everyone exceeded our expectations. I am vegan, and had a high order in terms of specialization and menu selection, but the owner was gracious...and went beyond and beyond, fulfills my special order that many restaurants annoyed and do not deliver. so thank you, guest wok for the delivery of a very delicious meal that everyone enjoyed. best. leslie for orangeville
