A&W Restaurant - Orangeville

Unfortunately the customer service is inconsistent. I would have to say I get more disrespectful service than I do great. I find their prices don’t match the value you receive. The lineup is very slow. I gave them a few tries but can’t say I will ever be back.

Absolutely stunning disrespectful service. Went through drivethrough at approximately 7:50. Ordered two double buddy burgers, chicken buddy burger and fries. Come home and both double buddy burgers are missing the meat!! Called in upset because how does someone fail this hard at a job when I was literally the only one at drive thru. Then the employee argues with me not believing what I am saying. Eventually tells me she will mail coupons for burgers I already paid for? So this is the responsibility this location takes. They will mail you coupons for product you already purchased. Nothing else to compensate. Employee was very disrespectful didn't bother to offer anything for compensation. I am a big fan of A W but this location is vile. Will be calling head office tomorrow

Horrible experience! Our breakfast was covered in grease as if someone literally poured grease in the bags. Food was not edible at all. Never once has this ever happened, we weren’t even rude to the lady taking our order. Customer service was horrible.

A&W’s hamburgers are probably the best of the large chains. Their onion rings are THE BEST I’ve ever had anywhere. Mainly due because they’re breaded instead of being battered. I’d give a higher rating but the Orangeville location closest to me hasn’t always been the cleanest compared to other locations.

I don't eat fast food as a rule, but the food here tastes really good. They also serve organic fair trade coffee and that means alot to me. It's absolutely delicious. This is the only fast food outlet I eat from with very few exceptions
