We decided to visit Strobelli's which turned out to be a fair... read more My friends and I visit every pizza place in Sacramento in search of who has the best pizza around. We decided to visit Strobelli's which turned out to be a fairly pleasant experience. We always make sure to give an honest review despite what reviews of places are on Yelp. We checked Strobelli's yelp page and found in many pictures, there was a man with a cowboy hat in them. We joked around about how maybe we'll see him when we go in and to my excitement, the cowboy hat guy was at the bar with some guests. That isn't really part of the review but that was definitely a highlight for me personally. I'm pretty sure he's the owner but I'm not entirely sure. Something I've come to realize is bars have fairly good pizza. It's usually a decent price, but it's great flavor and quality. Strobelli's is no different. We always order a standard large pepperoni to keep everything uniform with the other pizza places. The size of the pizza was a relatively good size. They were definitely generous with the pepperonis which is always appreciated. They are also generous with the amount of cheese and sauce you get. The sauce had a great flavor, and the pizza had some grease on it, but had the right amount on it. Overall, the taste was great. We don't have any negatives about the pizza itself. However, price is a little rough. It was 28$ not including tip. When we go to these pizza places we have a rating out of 10. A 5/10 means it is average and anything below is worse, anything above is better. When it comes to taste, Strobelli's was one we rated 10/10. We had nothing negative to say about the pizza. We rated the Price a 7/10. It's a little higher than a lot of pizza places, but for the actual quality you're getting, it's somewhat reasonable. After factoring in a lot of different qualities we looked for, we give Strobelli's an overall 8.75/10. It's a very nice small family business which exceptional flavoring. If you can justify the price you're spending, then it is 100% a must try. We look forward to our return.

However, I went there yesterday to pick up my pizza, and when I got home, it was cold, tasted like it had been made the day before, and the crust was hard. This was not what I expected from you. I'm not sure if I can return after this experience. I might have to look for another pizza place. Unfortunately, I can only give them one star.

The pizza was delicious, though a bit expensive. The service was great as well. W... read more I think of dieting, then I eat pizza. ~Lara Stone On Tuesday evening we placed an order by phone for an XL Combination Pizza for my boyfriend, daughter and I. When it arrived the gentleman scanned my card, handed me the receipt and the biggest pizza box you ever did see. When they say big, they mean BIG, this 24 pie was loaded with cheese, fresh veggies, mouthwatering canadian bacon, salami, pepperoni and big thick cubes of flavorful sausage! I had a foodgasm, it 's that cheesy, greasy pizza you want! Not to mention it 's thin crust so you can do like the New Yorkers do and fold your pizza in half. My favorite way to eat a pizza, since it keeps your toppings in! I would highly recommend patronizing this small business that began in 2009! Every morning they make their dough by scratch and all of their toppings are fresh! It 's been a minute, before yelping days, but they are one of my favorite pizza places, my mom and I loved their calzones and epic portions for the quality and price!
