I visited kfc orange and was the dirtyest and worst restaurant chain I had, I traveled through orange for a meal and a break and the toilets were disgusting. th... read more I visited kfc orange and was the dirtyest and worst restaurant chain I had, I traveled through orange for a meal and a break and the toilets were disgusting. the toilet seat had been knocked down and when I sat down, I had the toilet bowl, there were human faess on the walls and urine on the floor and a chicken wing in the sink. I ordered my food and waited for 10 minutes until the staff served me. a girl under the name chloe on her name sign had served me on rude wise. I missed the half of my lunch and had to wait 20 minutes until someone could help me. I sat down to wait, and the tables were unclean, and I think it was heavy, that was on the table. when I got my food, the chips were cold and soggy and the chicken was with hardly one crumb dry on the floor. I don't want to go at this time!

I had ordered two small gravies to go with my chips, but instead received two small portions of potato and gravy, which was not what I wanted. Despite this mix-up, the rest of the meal was great. The chips and chicken were okay, but not as hot and fresh as I would have liked.

Food missing is common and honestly with the wait time feels like a bigger scam. Definitely wont recommend ordering delivery just go through drivethru definitely a store issue
