It came with chips already and we loved the perfectly undercooked veggies on the side...too, and we added a serve of their creamy mash for We wished we’d asked for the garlic sauce on the side as it was poured over the steak already and just made its way to the chips underneath we asked the friendly wait staff for an extra ramekin of sauce so we could enjoy it with the steak which was no problem at all and delivered quickly. There seemed to be an exceptional amount of wait staff on the floor to the point where they were looking for things to do (one enquired if we were still going with everything on our table mid-dinner, we thought it was quite obvious we were still getting through our meal BUT better than no service at all! Bar staff very efficient. A really busy place for a Wednesday night in Orange and we are glad we decided to stay for a tasty meal.

Once again we ordered the steaks and they were good : We also noted that the place has been acquired by a Sydney conglomerate (last...Nov I think) and they are slowly going through and doing some renovations. The main Ladies/Gents bathrooms (middle of ground floor) have been closed and relocated to brand new ones nearby. Looking forward to seeing the further improvements the next time that we visit :
