Never had Vietnamese food before and I have to say it turned out nicer than we thought. Took my mom out to lunch and we saw this place at the mall. When you first walk in it looks a bit dark and gloomy but it wasn?t bad. The food was good. My mom got the pork fried rice and I got the porkchop house special, bone in. We got some wings and spring rolls and fried duplings. The dumplings were good but not that satisfying... View all feedback.

My son loves this place! In addition, the customer service is amazing, Big cried to Mrs Natalie to serve us and so do a wonderful job! 10 stars?
I have the spring rolls, house special noodle soup and the avocado milk tea smoothie with Boba. I'll go to a Vietnamese restaurant sometime. This was my first time I tried this restaurant and unfortunately I did not meet my expectations. The broth was not silent, the Hoisin and Sriracha could not help. The meat was cut so long, it was difficult to chew at certain places. The noodles were all collapsed. There was no line, bean sprouts, just a lot of cabbage and some basil. The spring rolls were great first until I reached soggy salad and I didn't taste well. The peanut sauce was torn. The avocado smoothie had a great taste, but the Boba wasn't.
This restaurant can be a hit and a miss, depending on who is in the kitchen. But what really brings us is the fact that my children love their milk tea and my favorite restaurant does not sell milk tea. This alone makes this restaurant worth me. Pros: It is a beautiful clean restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere. The house staff was always friendly. The food, depending on what you order, is quite traditional. My children enjoy the pork dinner with the sunny side on the rice. I enjoy the housepho that has everything, including Tripe. We also want to get the Calamari and extra carrots and radishes. Cons: The back of the house personnel can be incompatible with their quality. A few months ago there was a cook that specifically ignored what was ordered. For example, we order our eggs sunny side upwards, he sent them out fried hard, even after the waiter tried to correct it several times. I felt so badly watching the waiter try to correct the order that I turned him around to tell him it's okay. Another incident was to order Calamari and instead get the fried shrimps. However, this problem has been apparently resolved since then. But either due to supply chain problems or personnel problems. The inconsistencies are still in place.
Ends without eating. I saw another table doing the same. The waitress took our order without booklet or anything to write it. When our appetizers came out, we missed one. Then one of us got three of our noodles. At some point he was already eaten and the other two of us have not yet got our noodles. Not sure if it was the waitress who forgot our order because she didn't write it down, or whether it was the fault of the kitchen. We knew something was gone because other tables that came after us already got their main dishes and we haven't had yet. Disappointed and doesn't come back.
I typically do not write reviews unless i need to. i decided i want pho around the area and didn?t want to drive 30 mins to southside. i ask my boyfriend to order and he brought back home pho. surprisingly there is no bean sprouts, lime, mint, or sauces with my order. what is pho with the other stuff? I paid $12 for a large house special and it is so little. paying the same price eating in and out but different amount is kinda ridiculous. i wish the broth is more savory. plus why is the meat not cut??????? it?s soo long?????. instant pho literally taste like this? if anyone is looking for delicious pho, i would recommend you driving 30 mins away that is worth your money.
